Russia attacked several regions of Ukraine on the night of October 9. In particular, the invaders attacked the Poltava region with three Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles launched from the Kursk region.
The invaders also used 22 attack drones launched from Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia and Cape Chauda on the occupied Crimean Peninsula.
Aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Air Force and Defense Forces were used to destroy the enemy targets.
