Russia attacks Vinnytsia region — explosions in the region
The explosions in Vinnytsia region occurred today, on December 13, during an air raid alert. Residents of the regional center were urged to stay in shelters.

The sounds of explosions were heard in Vinnytsia region around 9:35 a.m. An air raid alarm was declared in the region, and civilians were asked to stay in shelters.
The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that missiles were spotted northwest of the regional center.
"Vinnytsia! Stay in shelters! Missiles to the northwest of the city," the message reads.
As a reminder, Poland has scrambled its aviation to protect the regions bordering Ukraine from a potential attack by Russia.
And Odesa schoolchildren who study in the first shift will be studying online today all because of the threat of a Russian attack.
