Forced passportization on the TOT

"In the temporarily occupied southeastern territories, local collaborators are threatening not to provide heat to those who have not renewed their contracts with heat suppliers," the report says.

It is known that in order to renew the contract, TOT residents must renew their housing ownership rights in accordance with the laws of the occupation authorities and have a Russian passport. Thus, heat can only be obtained with a Russian document.

The Resistance Center emphasized that the invaders are violating international humanitarian law once again and forcing Ukrainians to receive their passports.

Previously, the enemy on TOT intensified the forced mobilization of men, organizing raids.

And in the occupied territory of Luhansk region, representatives of the Russian army began to conduct propaganda raids among high school students.
