On Tuesday, December 3, the "Power of Sports Diplomacy" forum took place in Kyiv, featuring a speech by Andrii Yermak, Head of the Presidential Office. He stated that Russia has no intention of stopping its war against Ukraine.

Novyny.LIVE correspondent Halyna Ostapovets reports from the scene.

Negotiations with Russia

According to Yermak, Russia is not going to stop waging war against Ukraine. It spends billions on propaganda and agents of influence around the world.

In his opinion, all talk of negotiations is Russia's way of weakening democratic countries. If it succeeds in Ukraine, the coalition of aggressors will go further, and not only in Europe.

"This will send a signal to potential aggressors on all continents: kill and you will not be punished. The world will get much more bloody conflicts," the Head of the Presidential Office emphasized.

Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy named a condition for starting negotiations with Russia. He emphasized that Kyiv must be stronger than Moscow.

And according to Yermak, Ukraine will be ready for peace talks only when we reach the borders on February 23, 2022.
