Russian Shahed kamikaze drones have recently begun to fly into the territory of Belarus with increasing frequency. This is a consequence of Ukraine's use of electronic warfare.

This was reported by Le Monde on Wednesday, November 27.

Changing coordinates for UAVs

Russians launch a large number of Shaheds across Ukraine every night, trying to exhaust air defense resources. On November 26, the most massive drone attack on the territory of Ukraine was carried out — Russia used 188 drones, 95 of which were lost.

As reported by the Air Force, due to active counteraction from the Electronic Warfare, five drones flew in the direction of Belarus.

And according to the Belaruski Hajun project, at least 38 Russian Shahed drones flew into Belarus from Ukraine on November 24, which was a record since the beginning of the full-scale war.

The Le Monde article says that Ukraine can use electronic warfare to change the coordinates of Russian Shahed drones, which allows them to return to Russia and Belarus.

Earlier, Deputy Head of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Vadym Skibitskyi answered why the Armed Forces have not yet attacked the production of Shaheds in Russia.

And President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy released a video of the work of mobile air defense firing groups against Russian drones.
