Russia attacks power facilities in Sumy region again

On Monday, October 28, Russian troops again conducted an air strike on energy facilities in Sumy region. To do this, the enemy used Shahed kamikaze drones.
This was reported by the Regional Military Administration press service via Telegram.
Attack on Sumy region on October 28
Russians attacked critical infrastructure facilities in Konotop district with a Shahed drone. All necessary services are currently working at the site.
Air defense units of the Armed Forces and the Air Force of Ukraine destroyed six enemy drones.
The RMA noted that since the beginning of the year, our anti-aircraft gunners have shot down 406 Russian drones.
As a reminder, yesterday the Russians struck Sumy region. The Ukrainian defense managed to shoot down three Russian drones in the sky over the region.
Also in Sumy region, rescuers extinguished fires three times after Russian strikes.
