The DPRK military is currently training in the Russian Far East. In total, 10 thousand people are probably being prepared for deployment to Ukraine.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine on Wednesday, October 16, citing a source in the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
DPRK troops will help the occupiers
According to the source, North Korean servicemen are being prepared for deployment in border areas near Ukraine.
In addition, they are intended to be used for the rotation of Russian occupiers to free up personnel for other tasks.
A Ukrainian Armed Forces lieutenant with the call sign Alex also reported on his Telegram channel that North Korean fighters have already been spotted in the Kursk region during assaults.
"Some fighters observed these individuals during assault actions: they noted their Asian appearance and that they do not speak Russian at all," Alex said.
As a reminder, Russia has begun to use military personnel from North Korea to participate in the invasion of Ukraine. There have already been cases of these soldiers deserting from the front lines.
Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the military from the DPRK were being recruited into the Russian army.
