Pentagon estimates DPRK military losses in Kursk region
The North Korean army continues to suffer losses in the Kursk region. The Pentagon has assessed the losses of DPRK troops.
This, in particular, was stated by Deputy Spokesperson for the US Department of Defense Sabrina Singh during a briefing.
What losses do DPRK soldiers suffer?
Sabrina Singh said that the international group UDCG continues to perform an important function of coordinating the work of allies and partners to provide Ukraine with the necessary assistance.
"The Ukraine Defense Contact Group remains a forum where several countries literally come to the table to decide together how to support Ukraine," she emphasized.
Singh also reiterated the White House's assessment of North Korean military casualties in the fighting against Ukraine on the side of Russia in the Kursk region.
"The White House recently announced that about 1,000 soldiers (of the DPRK — Ed.) were killed or wounded in the Kursk area. This is also in line with our estimates," she said.
Singh added that the attacks carried out by the North Korean military are not effective.
.As a reminder, recently, the representative of the Defense Intekkigence of Ukraine, Andrii Usov announced the number of DPRK troops sent to the Kursk region. It also became known whether Russian troops are armed with Korean KN-15 missiles.
