Battles for Toretsk — a soldier told whether there is an enemy advance in the city

In the city of Toretsk, Donetsk region, the advance of the Russian military is still recorded, but they are no longer the same as they were a few months ago. And every advance comes at a very high cost to the enemy.
Military serviceman Yevhen Ievlev told about this in a comment to RBC-Ukraine on Tuesday, October 15.
Situation in Toretsk
As military officer Yevhen Ievlev told, the situation in Toretsk is very difficult, the enemy used all the hardware he has. The tactics of small groups are preserved, and there is support from the air with FPV drones. In addition, everything is supported by artillery, which works constantly. And there are areas where the enemy manages to advance into Toretsk.
"But I want to explain what this promotion is worth to them. Not a single square meter is given to them just like that, every square meter they water with their blood. Their technique is simply that the enemy uses scorched earth tactics and those areas that they capture before to go there, they simply destroy everything there. So our guys have nothing left to even hold on to," the soldier said.
According to Yevhen Ievlev, from the point of view of the dynamics and speed of these advances, they are no longer the same advances that could be observed a month and a half or two ago.
It should be reminded that in the city of Toretsk in the Donetsk region, there is no a single surviving house or shelter for civilians and military. As Anastasia Bobovnikova, spokeswoman for the operational-tactical group "Luhansk", said, the occupiers are occupying new areas and using insidious tactics to advance.
Previously, the Ministry of Internal Affairs showed terrible footage of the destroyed Toretsk. It can be seen how residential areas in the city have turned into a dump of the house ruins.
