Special Operations Forces eliminated DPRK military — photos
Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed a group of North Korean soldiers in the Kursk region. One's found belongings may indicate he was an officer.

Elimination of DPRK troops in Kursk region
For example, operators of the eighth regiment of the Special Forces killed 13 North Korean servicemen during special operations in the Kursk region. Five of them were eliminated in a firefight, and another eight were killed by drones.
After the battle, Ukrainian defenders examined the bodies and personal documents, and found an assault rifle with a caliber sight, a Sino-Russian radio station "Azart" and a drone detector.
In addition, he had an ID card that differs from a regular military ID. The SOF suggests that the items found may indicate that he belonged to the officer corps.
"Among other things, the North Korean soldier was carrying a letter of appeal to the party. We are working on it," the military added.
Earlier, the Defense Forces found a notebook with instructions on how to "hunt" Ukrainian drones from a liquidated DPRK military officer.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted that about 3,800 North Korean soldiers of the DPRK have already been killed or wounded in the war.
