Night attack on Ukraine — a report by Air Defense Forces

On the night of November 18, Russian troops once again attacked Ukraine with drones and missiles. Air defense shot down eight of the 11 drones.
This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

This night, Russians attacked Sumy region with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles from Voronezh region and an X-59 guided missile from the airspace of Kursk region. The enemy also launched 11 Shahed attack UAVs and unidentified drones from the Kursk region.
"Eight attack drones were shot down by air defense in Poltava, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv and Kyiv regions. Three UAVs were lost in the area," the statement reads.
As a reminder, on the evening of November 17, explosions occurred in Sumy. They were heard before the air raid was announced.
As you know, the occupants struck a residential building in the city. The enemy shelling killed at least ten people and injured 51 others.
Commenting on the attack, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Russia must be held accountable.
