Not a penny from Elon Musk — Poland is the only country financing Starlink internet for Ukraine
It turned out that Elon Musk does not invest a single penny to provide the Armed Forces of Ukraine with satellite internet. The operation of his Starlink complexes (Internet subscription fees and the purchase of modules) is provided only by Poland.
This was stated by Radoslaw Sikorski, Foreign Minister of Poland, at Polish Radio.
How long will Poland pay for Starlink for the Armed Forces of Ukraine?
According to him, Poland will continue to finance their purchase for Ukraine. This will be one of the positions to be discussed at the next Ramstein meeting, the official stressed.
"We have prepared a statement for President Duda so that he can speak not only on his own behalf but also on behalf of the Polish state regarding what we have already done for Ukraine and our future intentions," Sikorski said.
The Polish foreign minister said that currently only his country, and no one else, is providing money for Starlink modules and subscription fees for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As a reminder, the summit, which was supposed to take place next Saturday at a US military base in Germany, has been postponed because US President Joe Biden will not attend, having postponed his visit to Europe due to the hurricanes raging in the US.
Previously, Donald Trump made several strange statements, discussing space and sports, during the appearance with Elon Musk in Pennsylvania, in the same town where an assassination attempt was made against him.
It should be noted that Trump spoke at a campaign rally in Butler on October 5. You can see his speech in a photo report of Novyny.LIVE.
