Zelenskyy named Ukrainian arms percentage on the battlefield

About 34% of arms in Ukraine are domestically produced. The indicator has increased significantly, as previously it was less than 10%.
It was announced by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy during the conference in Warsaw on Wednesday, January 15.
Ukraine increases arms production
According to Zelenskyy, about 30% of arms are currently supplied by Europe and about 40% by the United States. That is why Ukraine cannot consider guarantees of support without the participation of one of its key partners.
"When the war began, the proportions of European and US aid and Ukrainian production were the same, but today we have different proportions. Somewhere around 33-34% of all arms in Ukraine today are domestically produced," the Head of State declared.
Zelenskyy also added that it is extremely important for Ukraine to maintain unity between the United States and Europe in the supply of arms and support. This is also a guarantee of security.
As a reminder, Germany has provided Ukraine with another military aid package. The list of arms transferred this time included armored vehicles, ammunition for Leopard 1 tanks, shells, drones, and more.
The Ministry of Defence has agreed to purchase M6A2 anti-tank mines with a fuze. They are to be delivered by a Bulgarian intermediary company. However, these arms are already decades old, and their price is not low.
