The Russians outnumber the Ukrainian defenders by 4-8 times in some areas of the front line. At the same time, the enemy's forces are also gradually being depleted.

This was stated by the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Anatoliy Barhylevych, on Wednesday, November 20.

The Russians outnumber

"A month ago, when the Russians advanced to storm our positions, their infantry fighting vehicles were directly covered with infantry, 10-15 soldiers jumped out of each, scattered and left like locusts," Barhylevych said.

Currently, during assault operations, three or four invaders jump out of enemy hardware.

In addition, the Lieutenant General noted that the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, constantly drives up to the line of combat.

"He is constantly in the area of combat operations. I was there too not so long ago," the General noted.

According to the military, the Armed Forces are doing everything possible to stabilize the front line in Donbas. Barhylevych also expressed confidence that this goal will be achieved.

Previously, we reported that 139 combat clashes took place on the front over the past 24 hours. The invaders attacked most of the time in the Pokrovsk, Kurakhove, and Lyman directions.

Ukraine continues to attack ammunition depots of the Russian army. Units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck the arsenal of the 1046th logistics center in the Bryansk region of Russia.
