Russian invaders attacked Dnipro on Thursday, November 21. It is known that the shelling damaged the building of a rehabilitation center for the disabled.
This was reported by Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov via Telegram.

"The building of the rehabilitation center for the disabled was damaged as a result of the shelling," Filatov said.
The occupants also destroyed the boiler room. As a result of the attack, windows were smashed.
Information about the victims is currently being clarified.
As a reminder, on November 21, the occupiers launched a massive attack on the Dnipro region. The shelling damaged an industrial enterprise in the city.
Also, as a result of the Russian attacks, emergency power outages have been introduced in four regions.
