Russian troops are trying to insidiously disrupt evacuation from the dangerous areas of the Kherson region. The invaders are remotely scattering booby traps on the roads, which are used to blow up buses.

This was announced by the head of the Kherson City Military Administration Roman Mrochko on Wednesday, November 18.

Mrochko said that in recent days two cars had exploded at the same time: one belonging to the military administration of the city of Kherson and the other to volunteers. While evacuating people from Antonivka, the cars hit hedgehog traps that the invaders are scattering on the roads remotely.

"The danger is not even that the wheel is damaged when hitting such a metal triangle. The crew, according to the logic of the russians, has to stop to change the wheel, and a drone with explosives is already waiting for them to kill or injure civilians," the statement reads.

The RMA chief added that both times the drivers did not stop and continue driving from the "red zone" but stopped in a safe place.

As a reminder, we recently wrote that evacuations are also underway in the Kharkiv region.

We also wrote that Russians are afraid to evacuate their soldiers in Syria. They believe that their convoy will be covered by fire.
