On Tuesday, December 24, Russian troops launched an attack on Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region. One person was killed and 13 other residents of the city were injured due to the attack.

This was reported by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ihor Klymenko, via Telegram.

"When families return home to celebrate the holiday with their loved ones, Russia is cynically killing once again. A mobile headquarters of the National Police and State Emergency Service has been deployed at the site of the Russian attack," the report says.

Currently, one person has died, and 11 others have been injured, including a 16-year-old girl. A four-story apartment building was completely destroyed as a result of the missile strike. Shops, more than 20 cars and windows in a nearby house were also damaged.

All specialized services, police investigation and operational groups, a forensic laboratory, explosives technicians, rescuers and medics are working on elimination of the consequences of the attack. Documentation of the war crime, a search and rescue operation are ongoing.

The Dnipropetrovsk RMA clarified that a woman was pulled out of the rubble and handed over to doctors, she is receiving all the necessary medical care.

It is known that 13 people were injured due to a rocket strike on the city.

As a reminder, explosions were heard in Kryvyi Rih. The Air Force warned about the threat of the use of ballistic weapons.

Later, it became known that the rocket hit an apartment building. People began to be pulled out of the rubble, they are receiving medical assistance.

The head of the RMA, Serhiy Lysak, reported that rescuers are working around the clock to find people who may be under the rubble of the building.
