Russians dropped a missile on a kindergarten in Kherson — photos

On Thursday, January 9, the Russian occupation army attacked Kherson from the air. As a result of the shelling with guided aerial bombs, there were wounded and a kindergarten was damaged.

This was reported by the head of Kherson City Military Administration Roman Mrochko.

Shelling of Kherson on January 9

Around 11:00 a.m., Russian forces fired three guided missiles at Kherson. One hit a private house, destroying it. A man and a woman were pulled from the rubble and taken away by ambulance. It is known that the 85-year-old victim suffered from concussion, blast and closed head injuries. Another victim has acute stress reaction.

The enemy also caused fires. An enterprise and a kindergarten were hit.

At about 12:00 p.m., two more victims were reported: men aged 52 and 62 were on the street when the shell hit. The 62-year-old victim was treated by paramedics at the scene. He had a blast injury and a shrapnel wound to his right hand. A 52-year-old wounded man was taken to a hospital. He had facial abrasions, blast and closed head injuries.

Later, three more people went to the hospital. Thus, as of now, seven people are known to have been injured.

As a reminder, on January 8, the invaders attacked Zaporizhzhia. As a result of the shelling, 113 people were injured and 13 were killed. The city also declared a day of mourning on January 9.

Already on the night of January 9, the occupation army attacked Ukraine with 70 attack UAVs. Air defense was operating in nine regions.
