Russia has almost lost its advantage in shells at the front
Russia has almost lost its advantage in artillery shells. On the other hand, the number of ammunition in the Ukrainian army is growing, in particular, thanks to supplies from partners.

Number of shells in Russia
The material states that currently the ratio of artillery shelling of the Russian army and the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the battlefield is 1.5:1. Just a few months ago, this difference was 5:1, which was influenced by a number of factors:
• limitations of Russian defense production lines;
• difficulties in transporting a larger number of shells to the front line;
• strikes by Ukrainian drones on strategic reserves of Russian and North Korean ammunition;
• increased supplies of Western ammunition to Ukraine.
However, despite this, Russia maintains an advantage on the battlefield due to the widespread use of glide bombs.
As a reminder, the US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said that the White House is developing a strategy to support Ukraine. This will include hundreds of thousands of additional artillery shells, thousands of missiles and hundreds of armored vehicles.
In addition, Ukraine's allies are trying to put it in a "position of strength" to confront Russia or negotiate about the end of the war.
