Representatives of the Russian army have begun conducting propaganda raids in Starobilsk, a city in Luhansk region temporarily occupied by Russia. High school students are being lured to serve in the Russian army and promised various social benefits.

This was reported by the National Resistance Center.

What the occupiers' propagandists promise schoolchildren

As noted by the National Resistance Center, high school seniors in the occupied regions are being offered money and various "social packages" if they commit to signing military service contracts immediately after graduation.

Russian recruiters are pressuring teenagers, emphasizing that they will be mobilized in a year or two regardless, so it’s better to sign a contract now to gain more benefits.

In addition, local occupation administrations are demanding that businesses register all employees in fake military recruitment offices. Specifically, business owners are required to submit lists of workers who do not have Russian passports and are therefore not on the occupiers' registry.

The National Resistance Center urges Ukrainians in temporarily occupied territories to avoid the risk of being mobilized and to refrain from signing contracts with the occupying army. Those with information about collaborators recruiting locals into the enemy's army are asked to report through an anonymous chatbot.

It is also worth noting that the Russian city of Bryansk recently experienced an attack on the Kremnii plant, a facility of strategic importance to the occupiers as it produces components for their military equipment.

Additionally, Ukrainian paratroopers successfully repelled a large-scale enemy attack near Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region.
