On the night of November 19, Russian troops again attacked Ukraine with Shahed attack drones and unidentified drones. Air defense was operating in nine regions.

This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Force of Ukraine.

According to the Air Force, that night, Russians attacked Ukraine with 87 Shahed strike UAVs and unidentified drones from Kursk, Orel, and the temporarily occupied Crimea.

"The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Defense Forces of Ukraine," the statement said. 

Thus, as of 9:00 a.m., 51 enemy UAVs were confirmed to have been shot down in Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kyiv, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Sumy, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv regions.

In addition, 30 enemy drones were lost in different regions. Another Shahed is in the airspace of Ukraine. Combat operations are ongoing.

As a reminder, on the night of November 19, Russian troops attacked Zaporizhzhia with Shahed attack drones. As a result, more than 15,6 thousand consumers were left without power supply.

In addition, late in the evening of November 18, the invaders attacked Hlukhiv, Sumy region. An enemy drone hit a multi-storey building, resulting in deaths and injuries.
