The Russian said that in October 2022, while in the colony, he agreed to sign a contract with the Wagner PMC. At first, he took part in the assault on the positions of the Defense Forces in Soledar and Bakhmut, Donetsk region, and in June 2023 he joined the "march" on Moscow organized by Yevhen Prigozhin.

In June 2024, the occupier signed a new contract and joined the 155th Marine Brigade of the Russian Federation. In August, when the invaders were transferred to the Kursk region, he directly participated in hostilities as an assistant grenade launcher.

At the end of September, near the village of Hlushkove, he witnessed the murder of two Ukrainian prisoners of war. The order for the execution was given by the unit commander. The invader also named the commander and the soldiers who directly carried out the crime.

"According to intelligence reports, the 155th Separate Marine Brigade of the Russian Pacific Fleet has suffered very significant losses in Kursk region, which is why the unit's personnel often leave combat positions and refuse to follow orders," the statement said.

As a reminder, the invaders shot six captured Ukrainian servicemen in the Pokrovsk direction using automatic weapons.

Earlier, the occupiers shot two Ukrainian prisoners of war near the village of Selydove.
