Armed Forces of Ukraine gained invaluable experience in Kursk

The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue the offensive operation in the Kursk region of Russia. Since its beginning, the military has learned to conduct counterattacks on enemy territory.

This was stated by the head of the Council of Reservists of the Ground Forces of the AFU Ivan Tymochko on KYIV24.

Offensive operation in the Kursk region

"Official results of the Commander-in-Chief: 20 thousand were killed and injured. 3,000 guided aerial bombs fell on the territory of Kursk region, the governor requested 700 billion rubles for the restoration of the territories that were destroyed, with the total budget of the region being 90 billion per year," Tymochko said.

According to him, the Ukrainian offensive has seriously shaken Russia politically.

In addition, the Armed Forces of Ukraine gained invaluable experience in conducting combat operations on the enemy territory in conditions of relatively weaker resources and capabilities than the enemy has.

It should be reminded, that recently, the US President Joe Biden first allowed Ukraine to use long-range weapons to strike the Kursk region in Russia.

Russian leader, Vladimir Putin, wants to oust the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the Kursk region before the inauguration of the newly elected US President Donald Trump.
