Land Forces bring Victory closer — video

Every day and every night, Land Forces are defending Ukrainian land from Russian invaders. This is an incredibly difficult, exhausting and dangerous job for hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian soldiers.

This was reported by the press service of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Thursday, December 12, the day of their professional holiday.

The military say that the Land Forces are an incredibly difficult, exhausting and dangerous job for hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian soldiers.

"At the same time, it is a dream job. Our common dream of liberating every piece of Ukrainian land and every Ukrainian who is under occupation. Our dream is victory," the statement reads.

Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy congratulated the Ukrainian military on the Land Forces Day, noting their important role in ensuring the country's defense.

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi also addressed the Ukrainian soldiers Land Forces Day. He expressed his gratitude to the infantrymen, artillerymen, tankers, army aviators and all representatives of the Land Forces, emphasizing their important role in the defense of the state.
