The Russian Federation hit a car with liquefied gas in the Chernihiv region — there are victims

On Thursday, October 3, the Russian occupiers attacked the border areas of the Koryukiv district of the Chernihiv region. The enemy hit a car with liquefied gas.

This was announced by the head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, Vyacheslav Chaus, via Telegram.

"The Russians deliberately targeted a car with a drone that was carrying liquefied gas to people. Gas cylinders detonated. Residential buildings burst into flames," Chaus said.

It is previously known that three people died, including a six-year-old child. Four people were injured: a four-year-old boy, a 13-year-old girl and two men — all were hospitalized. According to Chaus, surgeons from the Koryukiv Hospital came to help the medics. It is known that two children were stabilized and transferred to the Chernihiv Regional Children's Hospital. Currently, their condition is assessed as critical.

"Did the Russians know where they were hitting? They definitely knew. Moreover, they understood all the consequences. The law enforcement officers should give a legal assessment of the enemy's actions. The international community should react," Chaus added.

It should be recalled that the Russian occupiers shelled Kharkiv and the region with various types of weapons throughout the day. As a result of enemy attacks, 19 people were injured.

Also, on October 2, the Russian aviation carried out a series of bombings in the suburbs of Kharkiv. Several settlements came under attack.
