The Armed Forces of Ukraine will switch to a corps management system, which will allow optimizing resources and increasing efficiency. This decision is related to the need to reform the structure.

This was reported by ArmyInform with reference to a source in the leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Corps management system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The development of the formation and reorganization concept of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is approaching its final stage. In particular, a decision may be made to transition the Armed Forces to a corps-brigade system.

It is planned that such a system will allow significant savings in human and material resources.

According to the source, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are aware of the problems in the management system — many bodies were created on a temporary basis.

"Not all people, when they arrive, know the capabilities of certain units. Now, the work on the concept of reforming and reorganizing the Armed Forces of Ukraine is almost complete," the message says.

It is noted that the transition to a divisional management system requires significant resources. Therefore, a corps system with brigades is currently being considered in Ukraine.

It should be recalled that since October 2024, a pilot project has been introduced in Ukraine for 45-day training of mobilized personnel based on the four main training centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Previously, we wrote that Ukraine is increasing its own production of cannons and artillery shells. In 2025, the state plans to increase the production of missiles and drones.
