Russian troops shelled Ukraine again on Friday, December 13. Against this backdrop, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on partners to stop Russian terror.

Zelenskyy said this in an evening video message.

Shelling of Ukraine

"There are new Russian strikes on our country every time, we need — and this is an objective need — steps that demonstrate to Putin: his terror must not work," he said.

Zelenskyy emphasized that Russia is using missiles instead of finding ways to end the war. In his opinion, it is war and intimidation that are holding the Russian "throne" under Putin.

The Ukrainian leader noted that partners should worry not about how to ensure such "stability" in Moscow, but how to guarantee stability for themselves and the world, which is possible only during peace.

As a reminder, today Zelenskyy held the first meeting of the Technical Committee on Ukrainian air defense.

And yesterday he held a meeting with the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, at which they discussed stabilization of the situation on the front line.
